降谷さんは日本の公安警察でもあるので、赤井&FBIが観光ビザで違法に捜査&日本国内での違法な銃の所持と射撃をするのを絶対に許してはいけないという理由も大幅にあると思います。
赤井が親友の仇だからという理由だけでなく、FBIの日本国内での勝手な立ち振る舞いに対して怒るのは正当だと、同じ日本人として思います(´ｰ｀)

(私の個人的な意見ですが)
焦るあまり大きく足音を立てたバーボン、
あの場に銃を持ち込み更に奪われたライ、
足音の主を確認せずライを信じ切れず早まったスコッチ、
三人それぞれのミスと不運が重なった結果だと思うので、一概には「バーボンの足音が元凶」といえないのでは？と思います
